Shipping & Returns

RETURNS/REFUNDS

In the event a part needs to be returned, please email or call us for a return authorization.  NO RETURNS WILL BE ALLOWED AFTER 30 DAYS OF INVOICING AND NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION.  Returns must be shipped back to us prepaid (C.O.D. will not be accepted). All merchandise must be returned to us in an unused and undamaged condition and in the original packaging.  Upon receipt, all returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued. If there is a problem with the return, we will contact you.  Sorry, we cannot refund shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the credit. However, if the return is due to an error on our part, the restocking fee will not apply and the shipping charges will gladly be refunded. EXCEPTION: No returns allowed on electrical parts.
